I purchases Norton Antivirus recently and found it also has an anti-spyware and anti-adware function to it. When I installed the program, and ran the scan, the program found a spyware program right away. Does this mean the program is working? [br]

If you installed the program and it found a spyware program right away, that means the program is working. This is what antispyware is used for. This means Norton Antivirus program is doing its job for you. Make sure you enable the software to scan your computer automatically at boot up this way you will be protected every time you start your computer. Also, make sure you enable your computer to run automatically in the background so it protects your system when you are using it.

A computer crash can occur at anytime and on any computer.

By backing up your files--personal documents, financial records, and digital pictures--you can ensure that you will never loose your precious and irreplaceable information.

There are many ways one can back up a computer: special equipment or online programs, which are becoming increasingly popular, can help you to create a sort of 'insurance policy' for the protection of all of your computer-based data.
