Does anyone know how the can spam act covers those emails that we send to Employers regarding health and wellness, that are then forwarded on to their employees? Where do the opt out responsiblities lie? The employer has the opt out option, but should the employee have an opt out option from us also? Or because it's actually the employer forwarding the email, does the responsiblity fall on them? Thank you.
