As a business owner I pay invoices everyday. Could I become the victim of an invoice fraud?[br]

You sure can. The unscrupulous company will send you an invoice for office supplies or a request to renew an ad in the Yellow Pages. The only problem is that you don't recall ordering supplies from that company, nor do you recall ordering an ad for the Yellow Pages. [br][br]What happens in the case of the Yellow Page ad, the defrauder will send you a notice in the mail stating they placed an ad in the Yellow page on your behalf. The invoice may have the "fingers walking" logo on it with the words "Yellow Pages" written at the top. This does not mean anything. These terms were never trademarked or copyrighted, so anyone can use them. Therefore be alert and be careful when receiving these invoices. They could be fraud. [br][br]

A computer crash can occur at anytime and on any computer.

By backing up your files--personal documents, financial records, and digital pictures--you can ensure that you will never loose your precious and irreplaceable information.

There are many ways one can back up a computer: special equipment or online programs, which are becoming increasingly popular, can help you to create a sort of 'insurance policy' for the protection of all of your computer-based data.
