I heard that businesses conduct fraud against other businesses. One such fraud I heard about was an advertising materials fraud. How does that work? [br]

It is really strange the way the fraud works. A particular business sends a request to have advertising made on place mats, calendars, and other types of materials. You find a firm who can do this and request the work be done. [br][br]At the time the fraud is carried out, the business that is requesting the advertising materials pays for the materials to be done. The only problem is that materials are never produced, or if they are produced, they are only produced in limited quantities. [br][br]
