I was performing a backup from my PC to my Zip drive and suddenly my computer crashed for some reason. I had a back up going just before the crash. What happened to the backup? [br]

It depends on the backup software used. Some backup software will memorize the backup and keep a log as to what was transferred during the backup. So if the computer crashed, once the computer is restored to running condition, the next time the backup is initiated, according to the schedule set previously, the backup will proceed to read the log file and will resume the backup rom the point where the last file was successfully transferred. [br][br]Other types of backup software will not resume the backup. Instead the backup software will just engage at the next schedule backup and do a full backup. Again, it depends on the backup software. [br][br]
