I understand you can install software on individual PCs to eliminate adware, but how can you keep a large network from getting adware?

Protecting individual PCs is easy. Just install an adware eliminator program and you'll be in business. But what about large networks? There are ways to protect large networks from adware programs as well. There are just certain procedures you would follow that are not included in eliminating adware from PCs. [br][br]In order to prevent your network from getting adware, you have to be careful with who you get your software from. You should only deal with reputable dealers you know well. Don't go for a new or unknown company just because the price of the software is cheaper. [br]As a network administrator, you will need to keep your adware eliminator program updated. Have the program set up to update automatically. Also, check your network sniffer on a regular basis to make sure there is no unusual or conspicuous traffic patterns going across the network. The best way to monitor this is when there is no user activity on the network. This way if there is a lot of activity, you will know something is going on. The best way to handle this situation is to install a good intrusion detector so nothing can get on the network, that shouldn't be on the network. [br][br][br]
