Adware can be a nuisance when it gets on your system. It can overload your hard drive with programs you don't want, as well as take up necessary memory space. In order to get rid of adware, you will need to find a program that is especially created to find and destroy adware programs. These adware eliminator programs will scan your hard drive, mark them, and delete them completely from your system. [br][br]What you can do is go to Google and type in "adware eliminator" and you'll find programs that you can get for free or low cost to help you get rid of your adware program. There is one catch. If you for the free ones, you will not get the same functionality as you would with the paid version. Don't forget that. [br][br]If you are in a hurry to get rid of it, you can click Start, followed by double-clicking Control Panel. When the Control Panel comes up, click Add/Remove Programs and see if there are any programs you do not recognize. If there are any adware programs that did install, they will usually appear here. Then just click the Remove tab and in a few seconds the offending program will be gone. [br][br][br][br] |
