Another feature of KPC680 that users will find helpful is the two antennas that allow for signal flexibility. Other top features of this ExpressCard includes:
- Dual-Band, 1X-EV-DO Rel. 0 & Rev. A ExpressCard PC Card

KPC680: Flaws
The KPC680 like all Verizon Wireless modems comes with $60-per-month unlimited data plan. However, the glitch in the plan is it's not truly unlimited, and carrier has been known to halt services to people transferring too much data.
When KPC680 ExpressCard's performance was compared to three Verizon Rev A USB modems over a three day test period it stayed behind the USB modems with an average download speed of 639 Kbps. However, it did pick up its slack during the upload tests. KPC680 led the pack with an average upload speeds of 420 Kbps and peaks of 710 Kbps.
The main downfall of this card, like other cards on the EV-DO network is it's not as fast as the Broadband Connect.
